Thank you for choosing Intellocean. We hope you are happy with your subscription. However, if you are not completely satisfied with our services for any reason, you may request a refund under certain conditions.

1. Subscription Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment. After 14 days, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and granted at our sole discretion.

2. API Usage and Credits

Due to the nature of our API services and language model consumption, API credits that have already been utilized are non-refundable. Refunds are only applicable to unused portions of prepaid credits or the fixed-fee portion of a subscription.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email our customer support team at support@intellocean.com with your account email address, order number, and the reason for your refund request. We will review your request and get back to you within 3-5 business days.
